MyShuttle offers a novel approach to mobility within your service area. Users can easily book their rides through the KVV.easy app, ensuring convenience and efficiency. The service operates at various virtual and actual stops, minimizing walking distance for users. Notably, MyShuttle operates without a fixed schedule, providing flexible transportation options during service hours tailored to individual needs.

HOW IT WORKS: SIMPLE!

1. Specify your desired pickup time and select your start and destination addresses. Indicate the number of passengers (up to 6 per booking). If you already have a ticket, please include this in the passenger details.
2. The app will find the next available ride, showing you the pickup time and drop-off location. Confirm your ride, and you’re ready to go!
3. KVV.easy can also provide directions to your pickup point and allows you to track the vehicle's arrival in real-time.
4. Your unique booking code (from your trip details) can be shown upon entry to confirm your reservation.
5. If you already possess a ticket, simply present it when boarding, and you are on your way!

FARE STRUCTURE:

The KVV fare system applies here! Passengers with a valid fare ticket (such as a subscription, ScoolCard, or day ticket) incur no additional charges. Each passenger can individually specify whether they hold a valid ticket. If you do not have a valid ticket, there is no issue; you can pay for your ride directly when booking.

As is customary with KVV, passengers holding a BahnCard enjoy reduced fare prices.

SHARED RIDES:

To promote smart and environmentally friendly mobility, rides can be combined for passengers heading to similar destinations, as MyShuttle accommodates up to 6 passengers per vehicle.
